HOSPITAL BAJANOR AND DR. JOSE TERRAZAS

I want to have lap band surgery in Mexico, and I just saw a website for HOSPITAL BAJANOR AND DR. JOSE PEDRO HERRERA TERRAZAS. I haven't seen any testimonials on this website about this doctor. Has anyone had any experience with this doctor or this hospital? Thanks.
