Has anyone ever had the surgery that works for Harrah's Casino?

Well, I have gotten people approved, but have found they only pay up to $5,000.00 for any WLS. Is the insurance with United Healthcare? You can call the customer service number and point blank ask them if you have benefits availiable for WLS and exactally what in network and out of network benefits are paid at. Be sure and ask them specifically if there is a maximum payout for any WLS procedure. If you have questions you can call me at 866-227-7874 (Liv-Lite Shreveport) or e-mail me after today. I hope your policy is different than the ones I have seen so far, best thing for you to do is call them and ask for yourself. It's your policy and you have every right to know.
