Legal Help

I relly need someone out there to help me find legal help, because my insurance company is really giving it to me good. Ins. Rep. told many stories to the doctor and hospital and now that WLS is over it is a whole different story, I get all kind of EOBs that have weird charges and even more weird pay outs. My Insurance co is First Health, so BEWARE and get it in writing, cause in my excitement to have my lap band surgery, I forgot the cardinal rule C Y A. Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!

MeLinda: I am sorry to hear that you are having such a hard time legally. These insurance companies should let the patients know up front what they will and will not pay for. It isn't fair that you would have to deal with something like this + your surgery. It can be quite stressful. I do not know who you can contact, unless you go through an appeals process in the insurance company. Good Luck to you. Hettie
