Hello to all of my fellow LA residents. I am 4 days Post-Op. I just had Lap RNY on Thursday at Memorial Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. Just wanted to know if there was anyone else in my area that had the surgery recently... or, if anyone else is having it soon and has any questions, please feel free to ask. Take care everyone! My sister had Open RNY in August 2001 with Dr. O'Connell at Pend. Meth. Mem. He is a good doctor, she had no complications and has lost 130 lbs. Best Of Luck!!! Kelly
