Exercise at Lunch
Hi all! Great hint--I have been walking at lunch around my school's playground. I walk as fast as I can.
I takes me about 12 minutes to make 2 laps. I feel great! Today I went 3 times! If you can go during your lunch time it gets the blood going and makes the rest of the day pass by! Try maybe some stairs or around a building. I know we all have ten minutes to give a our lunch break. Trust me, as much as I hate to exercise I made myself do this and I really like it!
