Anyone used Dr. Craig Chang before?

Hello Everyone, I am from Texas but was wondering if anyone used a doctor by the name of Craig Chang in Louisiana. I had heard that he was a doctor on post at Fort Polk? Has anyone ever used him and if so your comments about him as a person and a surgeon would be most appreciated! Thank you so much, Jolyn
