looking for a doctor

i live in denham springs and do not have a car, i am looking for a local doctor that will accept the medicaid card, i found one in new orleans, but am having trouble getting there, if any one knows of a doctor that accepts medicaid in baton rouge i would appreciate it. thank you michelle

Hi Michelle, Dr Hargroder did my and my husbands surgery in Plaquemine, LA.(near Baton Rouge) We drove all the way from San Antonio, TX because we believe he's the best. The hosp staff was also wonderful, couldn't asked for a nicer bunch of people, it's called River West Medical Center. I don't know if he accepts medicaid though. He is listed on this site.
