Any ideas on getting my WLS paid for?

My insurance will not pay, I cannot take out a loan, I can't seem to find a job that has decent insurance. My back is against the wall. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can pay for the surgery? I hate to sound whiney, but I am desperate. I have been on every diet in the world and none have helped me so far. I have three kids and would like to see them grow up... Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
