I am looking for someone who can help me get approved by my insurance. I have BCBS, and they keep telling me that the surgery is not on my plan. I don't know what to do, and I need this surgery. I have tried I think all most everything. It is surly appreciated to all. I also want to know someone who is having or have already had the surgery. To talk to, and to have someone who knows what I am going through. Thanks so much, Joy

Someone sent me a site and I think it was Capitol One who has a program for financing the surgery. I didn't keep it because I have the federal employees Blue Cross of Louisiana and they will pay for it. I don't understand why one will and the other one won't. I live just north of Alexandria and am going to a seminar with Dr. Chu, who my doctor recommended on January 6 in Lafayette. Do a search for Capitol One and see if you can find information on their site.

I don't know anything about financing wls but if your ins won't pay, try to get a loan. Be sure you research what happens after the surgery.
