One Year !

I have made my one year anniversary today. I am a "slow" loser - 100 pounds in 1 year, but what a difference it has made! I can now shop for clothes in regular stores, no longer have to park in handicap spaces, and am SMALLER THAN MY HUSBAND!!!!!!! It has not been the easy ride that I thought it might be. I had a lot of stress this year and "fell off the wagon" - going back to my old bad habits and turning to food for comfort. I am back on again and am starting to lose even more! congradulations!!!!!!! that is awesome, 100lbs in a year is great, probably even better to loose the weight slow. i would think anyway.
