WLS Revision proximal to distal

I am looking for stories on people who have had WLS and then needed a revision to finish losing the weight. I had WLS in 4/99 and have lost about 110 pounds. I lost about 130 pounds at my lowest, but now I have started to regain my weight. I think I only had a 50cm bypass. I am looking to get a revision to a 150 cm bypass and maybe have my pouch size decreased. Anyone know of doctors who do this? Anyone have any experience with this?
