Need some Prayer Partners

My surgery is in about a week, Wednesday, June 26, 2003 and I need some support. I ask myself every three minutes if I should cancel this. It took five months to get through the preliminaries and I'm healthy enough now to undergo the surgery. I have insurance and I KNOW its the right thing to do, but I'm so scared. Deborah, I will include you in my prayers tonight & as often as I can, I am just starting out & have to have a sleep study done this Sunday night & my blood work done , I have not seen the Dr who will give me a physical & then senf in my request to the insurance company yet, but I am ery anxious to get the ball rolling. Even now I am nervous, so I know what you are going through, when my time comes for my surgery I may be just like you & want to cancel also, but let me encourage you right now, if you sought out this surgery it & the insurance company approved you, it must be for you.Put your trust in God & He will not let you down, thank Him now for the success of your surgery as though it is already done. Praise Him, Praise Him, Praise Him!!!!

Debbie, I think we've all been there. It took about 4 mos of my going head to head with my insurance company and even after I was approved, I had my surgery put off 3 times and began to think I shouldn't have it done. But I went ahead with it almost 3 mos ago and don't regret it at all (even on the days I don't follow the rules and have to pay the piper). God is good. I'll keep you in my prayers.
