I can't believe I gained 4 pounds

I guess I thought once we had surgery we would not gain any weight. But over the holiday I have gained 4 pounds and I am mad at myself. I have started back on my protein shakes and plan on keeping my calories under 800 and my carbs under 50 for the day. Any extra help is greatly appreciated from my OH friends and vets.

You survived what you thought would kill you. Now straighten your crown and go forward like the Queen you are!
