Okay, I know I shouldn't feel this way! I know I should feel great and up until about a month ago I did -- I've lost 100 pounds and I'm exercising 3 days a week and I'm doing just about everything like I should. Only I feel like I'm lost! I'm 49 and I think I'm having a mental breakdown. I have lab orders to have a vitamin profile done to see if I'm lacking in some kind of vitamin -- I'm having to schedule a gyn appointment to see if I'm going through menopause --- but until allthat happens I here feeling so low I can't see straight!  I have a headache that responds to NOTHING -- I feel sick, I feel sad and I feel angry.  I don't seem to know what or how to get myself out of this funk anyone out there have any advice?

WoW 100 pounds is nothing to be depressed about, try to remember how bad you felt 100 pounds heavier?? Maybe you are starting to go thru the change of life and hormones may help.... But 100 pounds is awesome.... I hope I can accomplish that!!

I'm sorry to hear your feeling so down and out. I know I myself had those same feeling before so i can totally relate. But those feeling are evil thoughts of the devil. He wants u to feel down and out because he's not forcing u into a early gravy with food anymore. So he has to try an come at a different route. U just continue doing what u do and pray to god that he keeps your mind and body in his hands.ALL is well!!!!!!!! be blessed.
