Dr.Bellows patients Please reply

OH NO!!!!! I REALLY HATE TO HEAR THIS BECAUSE I AM/WAS SO THRILLED TO THINK I WOULD ACTUALLY HEAR SOMETHING IN 4-6 WEEKS. WHAT REASON DO THEY HAVE AS TO WHY YOUR PAPERWORK WAS NOT SENT IN???? PLEASE KEEP ME INFORMED ASAP ON THE 24TH WHEN YOU GO FOR THE VISIT.

 I haven't been given a reason.  They haven't responded to my emails or calls for several weeks now.  I think the medicaid switch has something to do with it.

Are you sure they haven't been submitted? That's kinda odd.

approved in august 2011 surgery scheduled for march 21st........ 7 months. Be patient it will happen.

ALmost 8 months post op from Bellows office so i consider myself a veteran lol.. but fromn my experience they make nyou wait and wait and wait even after you buss your butt to get everything in on time... OH AND make sure you have a diffferent aftercare surgeons office.. i just go to my pcp since about 2 nmonths post op b/c the after care there is a joke....

 I jus****ched all of your vidoes!  I loved them! lol....I am also 5'6 and a half!  265 lbs.  Similar stats.  I am so fed up with Dr. Bellows office but since I have medicaid, it is the only place I can go.  I am going in on Friday to demand and answer as to why my stuff hasn't been submitted.  Hopefully Vanessa or Sheila will submit it while I am there.  I am sooooooooooo ready to start shedding my weight!  I do think I am going to try your 1 day on, 1 day off liquid diet.  It will be a good way to prepare me for full liquids.  Thank you so much for videoing your whole journey.  It lets me know there is light at the end of this long, dark tunnel!

i got my approval letter exactly 4 weeks after it was submitted, which she did while i was in the office. my sugery date is may 9th and i got my approval letter in october. just be patient ! even after you get your approval it's still about a 7 month wait.  good luck ladies
