Hey girl. I am so glad you have made it to this point. Its all up from here I promise.  Remember to take it easy and let your body heal. When they told me not to exercise at first i didnt take them serious and tried walking and made a  mile. Welllll they had to come pick me up in a vehicle because I could not make it back. Serious pain at my incisions.  I hope everything is good and congrats on having the surgery....Sherri

Had a sleeve on 8/9/11 in Lafayette. doing so good, afraid
because I can eat anything...Nothing upsets my stomach...
tracking everyday and reminding myself to follow the rules to get the most out of this new lifestyle. Good luck and congrats, you may not think so now but it is the greatest thing you can do for YOURSELF!!!
