Its still hard at times. I have to remember that I cant eat what I use too. Example for the 4th we BBQed at the new house we just moved into. lol Well, I fixed this big plate with sausage, pork steak, chicken leg, potatoe salad, corn on the cob, rice dressing. and well I ate the sausage hehe and was so fulli put my plate in the fridge and ate on it for three days. I didnt even make the desert section but hey I cant complain i am still dropping weight. Sugar sometimes makes me sick anyways so best to stay away. So far I am down 79 pounds. I also have to remind myself when I am busy to ea****er is something that I seem to crave wayyyyy more tho. Thats a good thing. I wish you luck with getting your surgery in Tyler.
