super frustrated !!

i'm about to throw in the towel yall.  i have everything done.  all the appointments.  but i don't have the 6 months worth of documentation about the supervised diet program.  it has been discussed at several appointments with my primary, and he's sent those notes, but yet it's not enough.  dr bellows office wants only visits that consisted of strictly weigh loss counseling. i don't have that !  i'm on medicaid, i only get 6 visits a year !  it was discussed at every appointment, but that wasn't my primary reason for the visit !!!  my primay is tying to do everything to help me, he's even written several letters of recomendation.  any suggestions heeeeeeeelp ! this is all i need for my submission to medicaid

They did the same thing to me, and I did give up. # yrs working on having this surgery. Well a couple of weeks ago I got my approval letter in the mail, and now a surgery date! Keep Ur head high, and pray!!!!!!!!!!!!!

all I gave them was a print out from my Dr where they had checked my vitals for the last couple of years and i also requested a record from my pharmacey from when I took addapex in the year of 2000. they accepted those from me.

lucky you ! my dr sent them all of my records, and i can't take weight loss meds, because of my blood pressure. shelia is wanting strictly WEIGHT LOSS dr apts !  i'm at a loss for words. he's even written letters to them saying i've been his patient since 06 and he's councled me for weight loss since then !   i'm trying to call vanessa, and see what she says. i'm feeling so hopeless right now, i don't want to wait another 6 months :(

other than hypertension do you have any other chronic ilnesses like sleep apnea?

Im a patient of dr bellows too, and I am awaiting a shrink appt on ap. 19 then bellows on june 8. Alisha called me last week and had me do a second sleep study. I have bad sleep apnea and will have to Have a cpap add me to your friend i have so much i want to discuss with you.

get all ur appt behind you that you need, then bug them too death............................. try to be patient, we didn't gain all of our weight overnight!!!!!!!!!!!! It is all worth the wait to have surgery.

I have sleep apnea too. It all depends on ur bmi too. So don't give up!

Have PCP write a letter stating that you have been on a 1500 cal diet with no success. also have PCP mention all medical conditions that you have.
