FOR THE ONE THAT DONT KNOW

THERE IS A MEAL CARD FOR US BUT ,THE DR SAY HE DONT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT ITS A MEAL CARD WHERE IF YOU GO OUT TO EAT AT SOME PLACE  YOU CAN EAT THE PRICE OF THE KIDS I HAVE POST ON THE SLEEVE SITE AND TRERE ALOT OF PEOPLE SAY THERE DR GAVE THEM ONE SO YOU ALL THAT WENT TO DR BELLOW WE NEED TO START ASKING THEM MAYBE THEY WILL GIVE US ONE

I got my resturant card from the Bariatric coordinator at the hospital where I had surgery. They also hand them out at the support group meetings for patients that didn't get one. I don't know where you had surgery, but I was at Women's and Children's in Lake Charles.

I hit enter before I finished my post. lol!! It isn't the surgeon that has them here. If you live near here, the meetings are the 3rd tues of every month. If not try contacting your nut or dietitian, bariatric coordinator at your hospital.
The card says that you are a patient that has had the surgery and requests that we be allowed to order off of the kids menu or a partial meal at a reduced price. I haven't used it yet because I am still on pureed foods.
