VSG on 02/16/11

Are there any doctors in louisiana that are taking medicaid for the sleeve. Since Dr. Steeb is out I have not been able to find another. I have been trying for two years at no success. I am always too late or live too far(

VSG on 04/28/10

WLS is an exclusion on my BCBS policy.
They're not paying for it noway nohow.
So I'm cash paying.
