I am scheduled to have the sleeve on March 29th. Any and all words are encouragement are appreciated!!! I am relieved and somewhat apprehensive. Dr. LeBlanc is my surgeon and I hear he is good.
The way I rationalize that it's time is looking at the cost of not having the surgery and continuing to let obesity wreak havoc over my life. I say it's time to fight back and win.
Please share your thoughts with me??????

Congratulations, Karen!
You have taken a brave step toward health and wellness. No, it's not an easy road ahead, but it all starts with the first step and the courage to want something more than the rest of the world thinks you deserve.
The costs of not having surgery are extremely high and may rob you of long life; steals time away from you and your family; and limits your productivity.
Don't rationalize long ... looking back only brings doubt and guilt. Look forward to life more abundantly.
We have the same surgeon and you have heard correctly, he is a skilled, remarkable physician. I pray you have an eventful surgery and recovery.
Let me know if you need anything and I'll be there because we understand how important support is to our recovery. I will PM my contact information if you want to talk.
Onward,
Frances
