Learning how to play, seeking playmates
This weekend I tried my hand at Bocce, tennis and horseshoes. I'm loving this fall weather for walks in the park, walks in the woods -- walks anywhere.
If you are in or near Baton Rouge and want an exercise buddy, give a shoutout. I bet there's someone near you who wants to play off the pounds.
In coming weeks, we are hosting a Clothing exchange (Nov. 15) after the Slidell Walk from Obesity (Nov. 14). We had folks to travel for the last clothing exchange and please feel free to come on down and join the fun.
