Costs of RNY around Lafayette LA

Hello everyone.  I am in Lafayette LA and I'm looking into the Gastric Bypass RNY surgery.  I would like to have the surgery done locally and I have to pay cash, no insurance/job.  So, I wanted to see if I could possible afford the operation here instead of traveling to Mexico.  Could you please inform me of the costs in the local area or around the U.S. if you know.  Even phone numbers would be great.

I was a cash pay too...aggg! the total cost was right under $20,000 that included everything it was a package deal! pre-op visits, post-op for the first year, surgery, hospital stay, OR, . if you have any questions just ask & I will tell you everything I know..lol..

Lafayette General with Dr. Phillip Gachassin. I love his staff & support team they have been a great help with anything I may have needed. There is not one negative thing about them that I have noticed from start to finish. If you would like to know any more please ask! You can call his office & they have a monthly meeting on the first Thursday of the month for potential patience that you might be interested in going to, very informative!
