OT: buried my dad today

i buried my dad today. just a recap:
my mother and i were on our way to the dallas OH event. we were 40 miles outside dallas when we got a call. my brother said we needed to come home and we could hear the paramedics in the background. they were using a defibulator and he just never woke up. we turned right around and drove back. he just died in his sleep. my poor mother is heartbroken. he was the love of her life. she has a broken heart and is just beside herself. please do what you do (pray, light a candle...what have ya) for her to be strong and realize the pain will ease with time.
