Does anyone know if there is a Polynesian/Samoan community in New Orleans?

Hi All,

My son will be attending Dillard University in New Orleans and I wondered if anyone knows of a Polynesian or Samoan community in the area. This is the first time he will be living away from the islands and I am hoping that if there is a Samoan/Polynesian community in the area it will make the transistion a little easier for him. I did search on the internet but couldn't find anything.
