345lbs gone

i am lil over 345lbs down. i am alsmost to my  goal. its been a long  ride. but  it  has been  worth  it. i said  good by to the  600's  then the 500's then the 400's not to for get the 300's. i am a cool  255 these  days   and  i think i can live  with  that

good for you man! I said good bye to the 400's now i'm at 349 lbs. On July 11th i'll be 5 months post-op. I worry all the time that since I've already lost 137 lbs that it will slow down soon and I won't lose anymore but reading this post today gives me hope that I can lose all the weight i need to. Keep it up man. You've lost a whole me!! that is awesome

sometimes its  easy  to give up  but  sometimes its  worth  every min  u  got this.
