DOC AT LSU IN NEW ORLEANS TAKES MEDICAID

sexxygreeneyes: You have to pay for your eval??? I decided I was going no matter what. Im afraid to give up my slot so I figure at worst it will be all for nothing but, will feel better knowing just in case I have it covered.

 Yeah....so i dont have to drive the 5 hours there and the 5 hours back.....i am a manager for a tax office and my busy busy time is jan feb and march and i am trying to do all this and work so i can make my bonus......and i wont have to miss so many days they couldnt see me in New Orleans till jan 6th.....Well this place here has openings so i will be covered if i get an approved which i know we all will fingers crossed just left devon a 3rd message they say she is in clinic........

 Yuppie Devon called me back............she said that she has already sent the correct form in and not to worryy that it should be approved..Off for another waiting game! but honestly the last one didnt take long at all maybe this one wont either just have to see due to the holidays...

i wouldn't give up any appointments! it may backfire on you. there's a reason for everything, you will get your approvals whe deven re-sends all the paperwork. we all need to sit back and take a deep breath and relax. i am doing everything that i can, nothing will stop me. so what if it's a lil longer than i hoped for, but as long as i have it done, i don't care!



   

yea i agree i wouldnt give up any appts the docs usually know what they are talking about so if he says we'll get approved i think it'll all be good.

Well, I spoke to Devon and she said she already resubmitted my info to medicaid. Also, she said the procedure code is fine aswell. So I feel a little better.She said my blood work showed high chlestrol to watch what I eat.  Anywho just wanted to let everyone know shes making the rounds calling people. She did state medicaid is being a pain in the butt and she has several people calling her.

yea she called me too what did she say medicaid was being a pain in the butt about? she said they have one code they put into the insurance company for several different surgeries and that it will be fine to still get the sleeve. now you have me worried about what she said about medicaid lol.... like pain in the butt to approve people? like denying them? lol or just being a pain in the butt about paper work? i just want my approval letter dang it!!!!!

 Lol me to Savanna!  since she submitted all our paper work today maybe we will all get our letters on the same day!!! just have a big party!!
