hello all. im looking to have vsg within the next couple months. i need some info about this doc such as his experience. how many vsgs and rny has he done? whts his bedside manner. and i know he has the lowest price ive ever seen 9300. but what does that cover. is that labs, anesthesia, psych? is it all inclusive? if anyone would like to pm me and give me the rundown, i will so appreciate it.

he has done about 60 VSG according to my internist (a statistic nerd) 50 is the magic number where complications drop drastically.  He told me that there is not diffrence between 50 and 500 for the complicaiton rate.  I was told to check for this when I was looking

his bedside manner is great, however his office staf is so so.  If the ladies in the office were as nice as he is it would be perfect.

The price covers everything except a few blood test.  I had those done by my PCP dso that insurance would cover them.  And a short EKG for the anestisia to make sure you are OK.
