Dr. James Redmann

Has anyone ever used Dr. Redmann at Surgical Specialist of Louisiana?

He assisted Dr. Lavin in my surgery.  Or, at least I was told he did.  I don't really know who did my surgery given that I was out before I say a surgeon and they had done their damage and left by the time I woke up.  Then, Dr. Thomas did my discharge.  It seems with their practice you have the chance of meeting with any one of the surgeons.

Well I have been sleeved for about two weeks now and I feel great. My gas pains in my shoulder has gone away. I am feeling lighter already. The surgery went very well.

 CONGRATULATIONS!!  This is one amazing journey.  Enjoy what you can and work through the issues and it is an enjoyable ride!

I met with Dr. Redmann last week and he will be doing my Gastric Sleeve surgery.  Not sure of the date yet.  Still waiting on some preop stuff.  I was very impressed with his professionalism and personality.  He was very down to earth and I have alot of confidence in him performing my surgery.  I'll post again AFTER my surgery and let you know how his is during and after my surgery.  Good luck to you!

I am almost two weeks post op and down almost 30lbs. I am very happy with my surgeon of choice. He is very open minded and gets straight to the point with his patients. I am recovering very well. I have not had any complications thank God. I am very happy. I love Dr. Redmann, he is awesome. You are making the right decision. And besides that what doctor do you know will call you at home after your surgery personally. He gets all the praise from me. He is a God sent surgeon.
