Surgery scheduled for 1/28/09 - lap band. Struggling with pre-op diet - shakes. Help! Am I the only one with feelings coming up when I feel like I want to eat? Any suggestions on the protein shakes?

You are not the only one everyone gets that stay strong it will pay off in the end have you tried the protein shakes from Smoothie King or use the protein in the shot tubes they are pretty good also at GNC they have the Isopure that is pretty good, have you gone to any support group meetings they are very helpful
