Alexandria/Pineville area?

Hey all!  I've been in Louisiana for about 8 months now.  I moved from Tennessee in May.  I had my surgery done at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville and they ran a lot of support groups.  Unfortunately, I haven't noticed any 'goings ons' in Alex/Pineville area and thought I'd ask around to see if anyone is also from around central LA and would like to start a group.  I truly miss the support!

Welcome to LA!!! Unfortunately I am no help to you I attend support group in Lafayette, if you are willing to travel there are lunch & dinner support groups posting all the time. I am glad to see you are trying to making your own support group happen, that is the great thing about this surgery you make things happen for yourself now rather then waite for it to just happen!!! There is a new support group in Pineville.  It is called 'Winning in Cenla' and is meeting on the 1st Tuesday of every month at the Alumni house on Louisiana College Campus.  If you have any questions please contact me.
