lafayette area support group??

Good Morning Ladies,
          I just figured out that there is a La chat. ( stupid hun ) I only stay on the main chat. I am from Abbeville, an I had lap rny on 11-24 at Lafayette General with Dr. Gachassin. There is a support group at LGMC the second Thursday of each month, they are free and you do not have to have surgery with their Dr. it's open to the public, I do belive. I will call and check for you all an let you know. But I think it would be great to have a group lunch or something.

I wanna join!!!  There is a support group meeting at Southpark Hospital in the Youngsville area.  It is on the first Tuesday of the month.  I believe it is open to the public, I am not sure of the time though.  I never make them, my son has swimming lessons on Tuesdays and I would never be able to make it to both his lesson and the meeting.  But hey, I'd love to try to join a monthly dinner or something?!? That would be really neat and interesting way to get to know others who are going though or have already gone through the same as us!

Hey there, I'm in! I am in Lafayette too and Copelands sounds great. I just checked out that Tasting Plates menu that one of y'all posted and I already have the BBQ shrimp picked out! lol....  And I can't wait to meet Crystal!!!!  I think this is a wonderful idea. Please keep us all posted!

this makes me really excited i am glad to know i am not going to be the only person there. cant waite to meet all of you. but i knda need somewhat of a head count so when i call and get reservations i can tell them how many people are coming. so if you in then let me know but like at least the 15th of january okay. thanks and god bless
