Hi Brenie,
I thought our bodies can't store B-12. In fact Laura just told me that our bodies get rid of the excess  through the urine. Hummmmm?

I know that is what I thought but the nurse at Richardson's office told me mine was high to stop taking it, I looked it up this morning on  the website and the only thing I found about someone with high B-12 is those with liver disease I am just hoping it is because I am taking too much B12

Brenie,
What were your B-12 results?  How high was it?  What is the range?  I think it's good to have high B-12.  I keep mine above 1000.  Did you take your B-12 the day you had blood work?  I always stop all vits 1 or 2 days before I have my lab work.

It is important to get copies of all lab results.  I have a spreadsheet with all my lab results for the last 5 years.  I watch my own levels.  If they start to go down, I up that vitamin.  Recently my Vit A level dropped and I increased the amount of A that I was taking.
