Friend having surgery -- Baton Rouge

Please say a prayer for my friend, Marie, who is having the sleeve this morning at OLOL Hospital in Baton Rouge.     She is very pleased with Dr. Kleinpeter   and has lots of confidence in him.   I know she will do great --- she has the determination that it takes to be successful.  Hope everyone is doing good.  It's been almost a year since I've had the sleeve and it's the best decision I have every made. . .     take care . . Thanks for inquiring.  She's doing great.  The surgery went fine and she is home and doing great.  She has such a positive attitude.  Every time I call her she says "it's going good" --- She's encouraged by the quick weight loss so far.  She goes back to the surgeon on November 6th.  I'll tell her you asked about her.  Thanks.   FAYE

I am glad to hear she is doing great! Especially since I work at OLOL. I didn't want to read anything negative.

Hey Guys,  This is MARIE!  Much to my surprise I stumbled across this post today on my 2 month sugiversary!  Thank you all for the prayers and encouragement!  Faye has been an angel in every sense of the word!  I love her dearly.    Dr.  Kenny is one of my heroes too!  As are each of you who hang out here and are determined to make a difference in your own life and the life of  others.  God bless you all.  BTW, I am pleased to say I have lost 45 pounds since that post from Faye!  Thank you God and thank you all.  Marie aka Nannyre2U
