Calcium Citrate Vitamins

Where have yall gotten the calcium citrate vitamins from? Do you swallow them or crush them. I can not find chewables. I have been on Caltrate but someone said they will cause kidney stones. Thanks in advance for your response.

I use the lozenges fromm Bariatric Advantage. The cherry and cinnamon flavors are really great!

Walmart has some good Calcium Citrate 600 + Vitamin D.. they are chewables and they are good....

You need to check that calcium. I don't think it is calcium citrate. I think it is carbonate. We need citrate. I have never seen chewable calcium citrate at Walmart and I check all the time.
