BLue Cross Blue shield Coverage?

Has anyne had VSG and had BC cover it?  I called and they told me weight loss surgery was not covered but I know that can be a standard answer to those that dont fight.  If they covered surgery for you what did they require.

The coverage is dependant upon the inclusions and exclusions of the employer that holds the policy.  Just because one person has BCBS and is covered, does not mean that it would be through yours.  The employer is allowed to list the inclusions and exclusions to vary the cost of the policies.  All you can do is call your insurance company.
