any shreveporters?

I had my Lap Band in Feb 08 and am a bit discouraged at the very slow progress. anyone else having the same issues?

There aren't many people from our neck of the woods....I can't help you with lap band issues since I had RNY.  Who did your surgery?  I know that some people do lose slower with the band but have managed to get to their goal. 

Have you been on the lap band board?  There may be some answers for you there.
