If this isn't 'cosmetic' for you ... what have you gained?

HIJACK -  Hey Frances.... Miss ya! I've gained so much self respect it's unexplainable.  I've gained the ability to live my life without the thought of 'i'm too heavy to do that' or 'i'll hurt myself if I try that'.  Not to mention... well, you know my story. I miss you, Sweetie!
