Problems with belghing
In the beginning it was terrible for me. But it has leveled off. I attribute it to figuring out how much I can sip at a time and not overdoing the intact of my liquids in a small period of time. I was a constant adjustment but I am pleased to report that I worked it out - for now! Hope you can figure it out too.
I am 4 weeks post today. I started out having this problem. Perhaps, a lot of air is going down . I have learned to hold liquid when I sip and gradually let it roll down in 2-3 swallows. Also, I try not to get in a panic when I get this feeling. I get up and walk around a little and try to divert my attention to something else. I call my episodes discovering the new me. anyway, congratulations and breathe deeply and slowly blow it out. Have a wonderful day.
