TWENTY?!?!?!?!?!?

Don't post here often, but I've got a few friends here I wanted to share this with!!!! So I've got my sister-in-law's wedding on Friday.  We all went to Burlington's to find something cheap to wear...  I found the girls a cute little outfit and brandon got a dress shirt...  I was gonna wait and go to lane bryant after, but I decided to check out the plus size stuff...  the shirts were very mawmawish and nothing that I would personally wear, but as I was leaving that section, I saw a couple of dresses...  one of which was a cute little pink dress with an empire waist...  But the largest size they had in it was a 20...  I've been in 22's and 24's for a few months now and figured I'd atleast try it on...  OMG!!!  It fit!!!  A size 20!!!!!  TWENTY!!!!!!  From a 6-7x to a 20!!!  The first pair of jeans I could get into was after surgery, after I had lost about 60 pounds...  they were woman's 38's!!!  TWENTY!!!!!!!!!!!

ps...  I hate my legs...  So I wear my tights with all dresses now... LOL!!!

YAY!!!!  I haven't worn a 20 since middle school!!!  That was 13+ years ago!!!

My hat is off to you Lauren ... you have always been beautiful inside and out and to watch your victories makes my heart smile. How's the hubby doing? Hope to see you all at our June meeting. Maybe we can plan to do a family outing. My husband is considering the sleeve and we have a 5(ish) year old. I bet we could have a ball together. Thanks for the smiles! Frances

Hey there Frances!!!! How are you doing????   Brandon's doing good.  He decided to put off surgery for a while.  Wants to give diet and exercise another go...   I'm hoping to be able to make the June meeting...  it falls on my 1 year surgerversary!! I would love for us to be able to get together!!  Our girls are 3 and 4 so I'm positive the kiddo's would LOVE to play!! Love and hugs chickie!!!

I am so proud of you. I have not been on the board in a few weeks and I logged on just to check on you. Congrats and Happy Mommy Day! I am so jealous of you. I am at a complete stand still. I have lost 80 lbs. and I think this is going to be it for me.

awwww...  thanks for checking up on me!  That makes me feel good.   = ) Don't worry about the stall...  I know I've said it before, but I lose the most inches when the scale isn't moving.  Get the tape measure and start measuring...  The scale will start to move again!! Way to go Roy!!!  You are looking good! I don't post on the Louisiana site much, but the VSG site is full of new faces.  Not many of us far outers posting now.  main reason why I stick around...  Too many newbee's and not enough of us...  LOL!  You need to post an update over there... we've got quite a few guys posting now.
