Well gang, I have been MIA but I had some unexpected family emergencies that I have had to deal with the last couple of months. My dad died unexpectedly at 61 years old. Anywho I will update tonight with current pics. I hit my i year on the 23rd. Talk to you guys soon Roz

Hey Roz, I have been MIA also alot of stuff with the kids and stuff. I am sorry to hear about your dad. I will hit my one year on the 7th haven't lost as much as i would have liked but am very happy with what I have lost.I have to go and see the lymphedema/ vascular dr. on the 23rd of May at the main campus because I am having some problems with my lymphedema other than that I am doing great.
