How many calories at 4 weeks out!!

Great, I will go and buy some of the syrup. My good friend goes to Elmwood. Excellent, a discount helps. Right now I pay $62 a month. But, I think a cheap way to keep fit if you go daily. Also, didnt know they added turbinato. Well, that explains it. Crap!! Thanks, Jan

I like Davinci syrup better than Torani.  World Market sells SF Torani.  You can buy Davinci at Walmart but the only SF is caramel, vanilla, and raspberry.  TJ Max and Marshalls only have a few bottles and you never know what flavor they are going to have at any time.  That's why I stop in whenever I pass one of the stores and just check if I want the flavors.  Vitalady sells all the Davinci flavors but doesn't ship in the winter.  SF praline is so good, so is macadamia nut.

They do not add turbinato to the gladiator smootie it is only protein and the fruit you choose. Alot of people I have heard dump on the banana. I love them but they do not like me at all.  I personally love the vanilla gladiator with ONE scoop of pineapple. If you have to have the banana then tell them only one scoop because if you dont specify that they will automatically add 2 since you can pick 2 fruits. Also the chocolate gladiator mixed with the coffee instead of water is good and then I take it home and mix in 2 tablespoons of SF Cheesecake or SF White Chocolate pudding mix and it is very good. I have never tried the strawberry one because I have never personally found a strawberry protein powder that tasted any good they are all nasty.   800 calories is alot for only 4 weeks out. I was not instructed to be that high until about 4 months out now I am just over 6 months and usually range anywhere between 800-1000 a day.  If you really want to try and hit that 800 mark then you could possibley add 1 or 2 cups of 1% milk in there and that will up your calories. I only hit my calorie range because I do usually have 1to 2 glasses of 1% milk a day.
