X Post - Cardiac Clearance?

In order to prepare for sugery, I have to get a cardiac clearance.  Despite being overweight all of my life, I have done a decent job of not needing constant ongoing medical care and I liked it that way.   Doctors make me nervous!!!  Anyway, I am posting this to ask - what should I expect from the cardiologist in order to get cardiac clearance?

I had to get cardiac clearance because one of my blood tests before surgery came back out of normal range.  I went to see the cardiologist and he ordered a test.  I think it was some kind of untrasound.  It wasn't bad.  Then I went back to the cardiologist and he gave me clearance.   Good luck!
