My Mardi Gras Marathon Race Report
Good morning fellow Louisianians. I intended to post this earlier this week but forgot. It details my experience and emotions running the marathon.

I hope you guys enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed writing (and living) it.
Chad
Chad, I really enjoyed the first-hand report. I've been in journalism for a couple of decades and was wondering if you write for a living or as a part of your work -- it was a great piece of reporting! You have once again inspired me and my husband. I called him over when I was reading the account so he could see your before and after pictures. He's a big (loveable) guy and I do think that weight loss surgery is in his future so your story is always an opportunity for him to see what great results a real "he-man" like yourself has seen. You accomplished so much more than just running a marathon. Hat's off to you! Frances
