Accountability Grads and Newbies
Oh, yesterday was a bad bad day....I did nothing but graze!! Have been a in a real funky mood, a lot of stress and BS in my life and it was hard to take yesterday...
I snacked on pizza all day....
I finally had dinner and it was a salad with a couple ounces of ham and turkey with a slice of pepper jack cheese.
I think I had a totoal of three glasses of tea, no where near enough fluids.
Before I went to bed I had three Girl Scout cookies.
Oh, I am out of protein also....I need to get across town and pick some up. I went to Sam's yesterday and should have stopped by Drug Emporium since they are both on the east side of town but forgot. GNC is closed today and they close at 6 during the week and I never seem to make it there My son has been taking me to work so I don't have a car at lunch. Can't wait till we decide whether to fix his or just buy him something new. He is not complaining since he gets to drive my Camaro.....At least he hasn't gotten a ticket yet, the first time we let my daughter drive it she got pulled over for speeding. It is 6 speed and V8, very fast and sporty!!!!
Off to have a better day, I hope.

OK, still on full liquids. It gets harder and harder to get that darn protein in. I got nauseated because I tried to double up on my proteins by putting 2 pkgs in one bottle. So, I will get a bigger bottle. DUH!!!
I had yesterday: Fuzzy Navel,
Apple Nectar....yuck
V-8 Juice.........yummy. Mixed Crystal hot sauce, Tony Chachres, garlic powder
Broth of vegetable soup and taco soup mixed 1/8 cup
1/8 cup of orange jello.
That's all folks!!
I got in about 30 grams of protein yesterday. Probably not enough fluids.
I walked 2 miles on the beach road and got alittle sick and had to call my husband to come and pick me up. I had about 1/4 mile to finish. But, better than not walking at all.
My good neighbors grilled Steak!!! I was so wanting that. Alittle wine and potatoes with cheese and her great salad with Poppy Seed dressing. Me........BROTH.............. BUMMER!!!! It eill be worth it.
You can throw hubby into the mix with the teenagers.
I remember trying the apple nectar early out and all I can say is . I don't think I have tried the fuzzy navel...
When I was two weeks out, Christmas day actually I grilled steaks for everyone...had twice baked potatoes with salad....me broth, I can so relate. It was hard but like you said in the end worth it....
I am on my 4th cup of coffee (in a 12 ounce container) and have not had breakfast...I need to stop the coffee and get me something to eat, oh I did have a slice of pepper jack cheese earlier...

I know I will have good days and bad days, we all do...At least my bads are better than my good days prior to WLS....
I would have been dumping big time if I ate a roll of GS cookies, I can handle about three anymore then I will dump...not a good feeling.
By the way you have done an awesome job.....way to go.

I didn't go to the gym yesterday. I feel so guilty. I didn't sleep well Friday night so I used that as an excuse.

B 1/2 MacDonalds bacon, egg, cheese biscuit (I throw half away so I won't eat it later)

D 1/2 small Greek salad, 3 pieces of chicken from hubby's entree at Byblos
Jodie, I order my protein on line and get it in 2 days. You ought to try doing that.
