Accountability Grad and Newbies.

Well, I didn't get to post yesterday.  I tried but my laptop has major issues and my son had his in his room.  He was sick yesterday so I didn't want to go in and possible wake him up.... Got to work and had computer problems all day....Yesterday was not my day.  I didn't do so good yesterday...but here it goes B  Two slice whole wheat toast/margerine L  WW dinner  S  Girl Scout cookies D  Three small pieces of Johnny's pizza....(North LA favorite)  the slices are not cut like the normal triagle, but instead it is cut in half and then slices...ok I know what I am talking about.  But two piece would be equivalent to one triangle piece.... Not sure if I even got in half my fluids.  Yesterday was so busy at work....guys trying to get last minute deals in...and on the phone with the bank non stop looking for wire transfers.  I think we met our numbers so that is a good thing considering FEb is a short month and was so slow until the end.  My youngest just got up and is starving as usual, better run and fix him something to eat.  Poor kid is always starving...

Good morning, I'm still on clear and full liquids and it stinks!! I have nothing to say except that the other stages come faster. Baa Hum Bug,  Jan

This won't help now but soon this will be a distant memory....I honestly don't remember that much of life was like on liquids.  I got to the big picture and blocked those memories out.... You are doing wonderful....keep posting and before you know it you will be giving another newbie encouragement....

I'm glad you didn't post yesterday because I was sick in bed on Thursday and didn't eat.  Friday was better. S protein shake, then coffee B a little scrambled eggs and grits S protein shake L 1/2 of a tuna salad sandwich,  S Starbucks breve SF vanilla latte S protein shake D 3 charbroiled oysters and a few shrimp  S Jello SF pudding cup (60 calories) I did terrible with fluids.  I can tell when I am lacking in fluids, my eyes get dry.  I love the new South Beach packets to mix in bottled water. They have protein and fiber.  Strawberry banana is great. No exercise on Friday, too busy getting caught up at work. Lynn

Sorry you you were sick...I thought Thursday after posting I was to mean to get sick, I was coming down with something.  I got home from work and went straight to bed...felt exhausted all day yesterday but am fine.  My son felt the same way Thursday evening and was feeling like crud yesterday... I have not seen the South Beach packets will have to look for them.  I like the Fullfil drink packets.  My favorite drink is decaf tea.  I drink that all day long, but when I go out take my fullfil and water bottle... Hope you are feeling better today.

Jodi, it is nice to see some of us oldies post again. I need to more of it myself.  I need to get back on track with my eating and working out too.  I know I told you I was down to 135 well now I am back up to 153. My size 6 jeans that were getting to big now don't even fit. I am back in my size 10 jeans.  It makes me so mad at myslef and very disappointed too.  But I am hoping to get back on it and stay there I do not want to be one of the ones that only kept the weight off ofr a few years.  I am gald to see that you are doing better. Email soon or I will send you a note.  well I better run I got to get teh house cleaned up before tomorrow.  Love ya,  Chirssy
