Looks like the flu/virus bug i****ting all parts of the state....Sorry for those that have been sick.  Everyone in my house has had it...I am the only one so far that has missed it.  I think it is because I am so mean.  I'm also the only one in our office that has not had it... Yesterday was a day for me...The end of the month is so crazy here and some of our salesmen put things off to the last minute and expect me to jump through hoops... Started off with protein shake B  Turkey sandwich  L   WW frozen dinner  D  Beef stew with veggies and potatoes, gotta love a crock pot...dinner was done when I got home.  Now for the evil things  Girl Scout cookies....my bosses daughter sold some and I remember the day of my daughter selling them.  I bought several boxes and ate several through out the day.... my weight was actually on the low end of my comfort zone so I guess I did ok.  Well, since I have a ton of things to do better run.  Will try to respond to past and present posts tonight.   Have a great day.

Hey I just had some soup fairly thin. It was about 1/2 cup and slowly eat it for about 20 min. But I felt like I could have eaten 1 cup or more. Is that normal. Did I stretch my pouch from all of the protein liquids?? I'm scared that I've done something wrong!!

A lot of people don't feel full for a few months because the pouch is still healing.  That's why it's important not to overeat in the beginning. Thin soup prolly went right out the stoma.  I don't believe you can stretch the pouch with liquids.

You will also be amazed at the weight you lose from a full liquid diet. :) I still drink a Protein Shake for breakfast everyday.

Beans, pork roast and twice cooked rice(cooked rice that is then saturated with water and microwaved so that it is fully fluffed) I will try to eat this 3x's during my shift.  Hoping to have a bannana and an orange for snacks.  I work shift work so I don't do get the regular breakfast, lunch, dinner thing done.
