Accountability Grads and Newbies

Good morning,  I did ok yesterday, back on schedule...Yea!! Protein Shake B  Turkey sandwich L  WW dinner S  1 ounce cashews D  hamburger patty, brocolli cheese I did pretty good with my liquids but should have had more... Off to the my PCP for my yearly checkup, gosh I am freaking out about my weight even though I am less now than I was a year ago.  My clothes and shoes weigh 5lbs, I weighed with nothing on then once I got dressed I weighed again just so I know how much my clothes have added on.   Hope you all have a great day... Good Mornin ya'll I had a heck of a time getting down that Unjury and I bought a jar of that crap!! 1 Alpine Punch Isopure 1 Crystal Light Lemonade with unflavored Unjury--I barely got it down. I actually started on my B12 yesterday too! So, wasnt that a delicious day! NOT

The protein will get better.  I thought I was going to puke the first few times I tried it after my surgery.  I love the chocolate unjury.  I also use the Nectar roadside lemonaide.  This is so good to me.  I sometimes will mix it with 1/2 oj and 1/2 water...I also like GNC's whey chocolate caramal .  The good thing about GNC if you don't like it you can take it back for a full refund.   Things will get better for you...I promise...

Hello, First I would like to Thank You for your postings. The key word for me is "Accountability". Until now I really have not been recording what I eat, however I have been watching out for Carbs. So I look forward to responding to your post tomorrow, as I am recording now what I consume, this will amaze me, and keep me "Accountable".

Hi and welcome....I don't get to post to much during the week but I am going to try to do this tread everymorning....Come join in, this board is a little slow but maybe one day it will pick up again.  Hope to see you post in the morning.  I go to work at 7:30 and I plan to do this first thing every morning, if I don't reply during the week I am sorry.  My job is very hectic so I don't get on the boards after 8...and my nights well about the same....

I still did not get enough fluid in.  I never do. S protein shake, then coffee B 2 slices of bacon, small amt of grits and scrambled eggs S protein shake L small salad from salad bar at work, lots of boiled egg and cheese S coffee, then protein shake D 1/4 grilled chicken caeser salad from Quizno's as hubby is still sick so we didn't go out to dinner  No exercise except lots of walking at work
