Good Monday morning to all.....
I had an ok day yesterday, glad it is Monday and I can get back on track. I don't do real well on the weekends.
B Scrambled egg, two pieces of bacon a few hashbrowns
L Salad, with turkey and cheese
D Ribs, pasta salad, ranch style beans.
S protein drink.
I didn't get all my liquids in again!!! I tell you I get busy and lose track of my intake, but it is a new day.
Finished my heavy duty cleaning and I am excited....
Well, since I am now at work I guess I should get busy...if I don't respond to your post I am sorry...The weeks are very hectic and I don' t have much time to be online.

Yesterday I did not get all my fluids in either. I never do. I hate drinking anything except coffee.
OK, here is yesterday's list for me.
S protein shake
B 1/2 McDonalds bacon egg and cheese biscuit
S coffee then protein shake
L a few peanuts
S protein shake and a Starbucks grande SF vanilla breve latte
D a few pieces of PF Chang's spicy chicken and a small amount of shrimp lomein (sp?)
S Jello SF pudding snack (only 60 calories)
I did go to the gym yesterday and did the treadmill and weight machines for an hour.
