Accoutabitliy Grads and Newbies
Good morning to all....Well I did something this morning that I have not done in forever, I slept in. I got up at 9:15, if I sleep to 7:00 that is sleeping in for me. Guess cleaning out closets did it to me
Yesterday was not a good food day for me. I hate the weekends for that, I get off my schedule but that is pretty normal, I do stay on track during the week.
B I had my left over dinner from Friday night. Yes, I love leftovers for breakfast. Finished my steak, at least that is good protein.
L About 4:30 I fixed me a turkey sandwich
D Three small pieces of frozen pizza that tasted like crap and to top it off I burned the roof of my mouth...I hate that feeling.
This morning I weighed 123.6, I can tell I didn't eat right. I also did not get my fluids in way low.
Like I said I cleaned out closets yesterday, finally got in the shower about 5. Also went grocery shopping last night.
Hope everyone had a good day yesterday....I am going to finish my breakfast, then get me some coffee, finish cleaning (I love to deep clean when my husband is gone). Hopefully I will be done and showered so I can watch the NASCAR race this afternoon.

I had a great sleep last nite.
My husband and I went to Five Happiness to eat. I had their bowl of Won Ton Soup. It took me forever to finish. Had tap water.My husband was happy to have something to good to eat
My friend came by picked me up to do alittle shopping. I bought a stainer for my full liquids stage from Williams and Sonoma. I love that place.
I was pleased with the progress of my stamina and endurance. We walked around as much as I could tolerate.
For breakfast clear liquids
For lunch..............liquids
That's all I can have. I'm bored out of my mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't you just love Five Happiness!! It is my favorite Chinese restaurant. We go there so much we know Peggy the owner. I bet it felt good to get out of the house. Are you driving yet?
I really think the clear liquid stage is the worst. But it will be over very soon. Doesn't it last 10 days? I can't remember. The full liquid is so much better. I used to buy the Campbell's cream soups and made them with water. I even bought the Cream of Shrimp soup and didn't eat the shrimp.

You sure sound like your doing well and keeping a positive attitude along the way... I think that is the key....
The clear liguids will be over soon and you will move on...a small stepping stone to healthy life. You will look back and think gosh that was not so bad....I can hardly remember my clear liquid days. I had two weeks and then went on to four weeks a full liguids.
Don't be surprised if around week three you get a little more worn out. I think it really hit me and all I wanted to do was sleep. Sleep I did!!! Seemed like my energy got zapped...my doctors office said it was normal plus I had a surgery 6 weeks before my WLS so the combination of two major surgeries didn't help...
I am glad you went out and found something you could have. Anytime my family wanted to go out I went too, I didn't want to deprive them nor myself....I always found something that would work for me in my various stages. Remember anything is doable...it's has to do with that positive attitude..

I ended up not going to the gym yesterday. I had to meet a friend for lunch that I hadn't seen in over 20 years. I know that is no excuse but I am getting ready to leave for the gym right now. S protein shake B 1/2 of a Macdonald's bacon,egg,cheese biscuit(bad!!!) S protein shake L about 1/3 of a grilled chicken Caeser salad S protein shake S Starbucks grande breve latte with SF vanilla D about 1/3 of a small salad and 2 pieces of my hubby's steak S a few peanuts

HOw exciting to see someone after 20 years, yes the gym can be put on hold for that.....Hope you had a great time...
You did fine with food, there is nothing wrong with the McDonalds biscuit you only had a 1/2 plus you got the protein from the bacon egg and cheese....I don't think that was so bad.
Have fun at the gym...it looks like it is really nice out today so I may go walking in the neighborhood later today.
